Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of senior-level experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in large-scale international transformation programs.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with digital procurement tools and demand planning systems.
  • Relevant university degree (e.g., Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead one of nine Workpackages focused on sourcing demand planning and forecasting.
  • Define ideal frameworks aligned with overall transformation goals.
  • Establish methodologies for accurate sourcing planning and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support planning and strategy.
  • Develop stagewise roadmaps for adoption including stakeholder engagement and capability-building.
  • Drive requirement gathering and ensure compliance with procurement design principles.
  • Manage lead time and resources to meet project milestones.
  • Prepare decision materials for senior management and Steering Groups.
  • Track progress, handle escalations, and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Facilitate business transformation and smooth integration into procurement operations.
  • Lead implementation planning ensuring stakeholder buy-in and training.
  • Drive cost tracking and benefits realization to improve procurement efficiency.
