Main requirements:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience as IT technician and/or Technical Account Manager
  • Good knowledge of IT environments including traditional IT operations, cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365, and network communication
  • Post-secondary education in technology/IT or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Act as technical advisor and consultant within customers' IT environments
  • Lead strategic and operational meetings with customers
  • Lead and coordinate projects with technical teams
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on delivery and development meetings
  • Work proactively to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required hard skills:
