Lead the development and management of Gränges Finspång's IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in modernizing and optimizing our infrastructure, influencing how technology supports and develops our business. This full-time position offers both operational and strategic responsibilities within a collaborative and professional culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure at Gränges Finspång
  • Lead, drive, and develop technology, personnel, and processes
  • Modernize and optimize infrastructure
  • Plan, budget, and follow up on deliveries and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and adaptation to business needs
  • Lead a small team of specialists
  • Act as main contact and requirements setter with external operational partners and suppliers
  • Participate in IT department management group
