Lead the development and management of Umeå Energi's IT architecture to support current and future business needs, enabling digital transformation with a strategic and operational approach.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education in IT, computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT architecture, system design or integration projects.
  • Experience with modern system development.
  • Knowledge and experience with microservices, container management, serverless architecture and cloud strategies (e.g., hybrid cloud, multi-cloud).
  • Documented strong technical competence in IT architecture including system integration, cloud solutions and technical standards.
  • Ability to document and visualize IT architecture using tools.
  • Understanding of IT security, data protection (GDPR), and cybersecurity.
  • Good competence in information architecture and data platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of the company's IT architecture.
  • Create order and structure in the system landscape.
  • Ensure the IT environment supports current and future business needs.
  • Contribute strategically and operationally to sustainable and effective IT architecture enabling digital transformation.
  • Coordinate teams within and outside IT to ensure shared understanding and alignment with architectural goals.
