The Tech Lead for Integrations leads technical development and ensures operational stability of integration solutions primarily in Azure cloud environments. Responsible for development, maintenance, and ensuring quality, scalability, and business continuity in Kappahl's digital transformation context.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years development experience in integrations, preferably with C# and .NET architecture.
  • Experience with Azure, C#, .NET, XML, JSON, SQL, REST, Queues.
  • Experience in API development and management, e.g., Azure API Management or similar.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio and Postman.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical skills and commitment to quality and business value.
  • Fluent communication in English and Swedish, experience in international work context.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical development and ensure operational stability of integration solutions.
  • Implement new integrations independently and with other developers.
  • Maintain and improve existing integrations.
  • Lead incident and problem management to guarantee business continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT partners and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective and high-performing solutions.
  • Participate and promote continuous learning and adoption of modern technologies and platforms.
