Teamlead / Manager Support to IT Division

As a Teamlead / Manager Support in the Business and IT Development Support department, you support the department head and unit managers with varied assignments and tasks. You are part of the department's management team, where you take minutes and participate in operational and strategic discussions. The role may also include assignments as project manager, assignment manager, service manager, and temporarily acting unit manager.
Main requirements:
- Structured with strong administrative abilities
- Ability to work according to processes, organize and plan work, complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborative with adaptability to find solutions meeting common goals
- Solution-oriented, result-driven, initiative-taking, and problem-solving
- Education in IT or equivalent competence recognized by Svenska kraftnät
- Several years of relevant experience in complex IT environments as project manager, assignment leader, team leader or similar
- Experience in leading agile teams
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects and assignments within business and IT development
- Participate and support recruitment, consultant procurement, and purchasing processes
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Coordinate forecast and budget work
- Handle various reporting and follow-ups such as resource requests and workplace risk mapping
- Coordinate strategic department work and drive strategic changes
- Interim team leader duties including team leadership, resource allocation, personnel decisions, participation in steering groups
- Take minutes at meetings and support managers with administrative tasks
