Looking for a driven and inspiring team leader to lead the user support and client management team in a modern and socially important IT department. The role includes overall responsibility to ensure high-quality support and optimal client environment functionality, leading and coaching a competent team, driving improvements, and ensuring effective work processes.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in leadership within IT support, service desk or similar
  • Good understanding of client environments and user support
  • Ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Structured working approach and desire to develop both processes and people
  • Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing (English only is not accepted)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the user support and client management team
