Main requirements:
  • Relevant technical university education
  • Experience in systems work, preferably with a background in software development
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Proficient in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support Scrum teams in daily work
  • Prioritize tasks in cooperation with project managers and technical leaders
  • Facilitate teams' adoption of agile practices
  • Analyze existing functionality and codebase; implement new solutions
  • Collaborate with teams and technical leaders to propose software solutions
  • Document designs and solutions to ease future maintenance and development
