Svenska kraftnät is a key player in the energy transition. Our IT division is growing to enable doubled electricity production and a fossil-free future. With new technology, we increase both infrastructure capacity and the pace of development in digitization and processes. The unit Facility Information Support is part of the IT department for Grid and Facilities. The department belongs to the IT division and supports the Grid division, which has the overall responsibility for building and managing the power transmission system and its facilities. In this role, you will be part of Svenska kraftnät's digitization journey by managing and improving several systems supporting operations within information support for grids and facilities. You contribute deep understanding of the applications and collaborate closely with project managers, IT specialists, architects, and IT security specialists to ensure the systems meet future needs, are of high quality, and available. Systems under your responsibility have partly high security requirements and include various technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Application operations including incident management, problem management, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Prepare reports, decision support, and management plans
  • Actively participate in improving work methods and system operations
  • Create scripts and handle protocols when necessary
  • Develop instructions for incident management, packaging etc.
  • Collaborate with business units, suppliers and internal IT providers to resolve issues and incidents and plan further development
  • Maintain information in issue tracking systems
  • Participate in risk and vulnerability analyses and plan and manage risk mitigation measures
  • Ensure security requirements are met
