Responsibilities:
- Take technical responsibility for one or more laboratory IT systems or functions
- Provide second-line support
- Gain deep technical knowledge of system architecture and database structures
- Understand related business areas supported by the systems
- Perform system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Conduct system testing on both servers and clients
