Main requirements:
  • At least six months of work experience in a servicedesk role
  • Experience working in a Windows environment
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting and installing applications
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support to users at various client sites in Stockholm
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure high-quality service
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and certifications
