Main requirements:
- At least six months of work experience in a servicedesk role
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting and installing applications
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to users at various client sites in Stockholm
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure high-quality service
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and certifications
