As a systemförvaltare at Region Gotland, you will support and develop the unit responsible for central procurement, inventory, maintenance, service, and distribution of aid equipment and supplies. You will act as the link between technology/system providers and operations to ensure the system supports operational needs securely and efficiently.
Main requirements:
  • Upper secondary education with IT focus or further IT education
  • Documented experience working with various IT systems
  • Experience handling statistical data extraction and proficient in Excel
  • Strong service orientation with ability to operate independently and take initiative
  • Good collaboration and communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between technology/system providers (Visma) and operations
  • Ensure the system security and functionality meet operational needs
  • Drive development proposals based on operational/customer needs with suppliers
  • Stay informed about new system functionalities and releases
  • Responsible for digital integrations with other systems
  • Participate in business development and collaborate with other regions, municipalities, and national user groups
  • Generate statistics and reports based on system data
  • Involve in other systems such as safety alarms, digital key storage, and surveillance cameras
  • Coordinate IT/telephony orders for the unit
  • Support unit as IT support along with system administrator
  • Responsible for unit’s web applications
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with business systems
  • Experience in data extraction and reporting using Excel
