As a System Technician specializing in WAN, you will engage in design, installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of network systems, both on-site and in the field. Main requirements:
  • Minimum upper secondary education in IT/technology or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of work experience in networks and IT infrastructure
  • Good command of both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Swedish citizenship
  • Driving license class B or higher
Responsibilities:
  • Design, installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of WAN network systems
  • Perform work on-site as well as in the field
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technologies and products through internal and external training
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with network and IT infrastructure
  • Driving license class B
Recommended hard skills:
  • Good knowledge of Cisco network products
  • Cisco network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
  • Knowledge in fiber and WDM technology
  • Knowledge in IT security, encryption, and certificates
