- Post-secondary IT education or at least 5 years relevant experience
- Several years of experience within IT architecture
- Experience in both operational and strategic IT roles
- Experience working with IT security
- Experience from organizations with 200–1000 users
- Good knowledge of networks, firewalls, and Windows Server
- Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
- Driver's license class B
Responsibilities:
- Define structure, direction, and frameworks for the municipality’s IT architecture focusing on network, security, and server platforms
- Act as decision support and executor in large projects such as access point replacement, cloud initiatives, and log management
- Work closely with operations to translate technical requirements into sustainable, beneficial solutions
- Participate in procurement and requirement specification
- Configure and test technical solutions with colleagues
- Be a key participant in strategic discussions about digitalization, security, and infrastructure
