An engaging role as an onsite technician providing IT support and maintenance for hardware and software, with direct user contact in Gothenburg.
Main requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or onsite technician role
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 and ticket management systems
- Basic understanding of networking and printer configurations
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support and maintenance for computers, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including Windows and macOS
- Administer Office 365 and other business applications
- Handle and document customer cases efficiently in ticket systems
- Offer professional, pedagogical support directly to users
- Collaborate with other IT functions to resolve complex technical challenges
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and stable IT environment
