Join and ensure functionality and provide support for one of the region's many IT services and healthcare systems. The role involves proactive and reactive second-line support for several healthcare systems including T-DOC, configuring systems to a regional standard, and participating in testing functionalities and integrations during system upgrades. The position is suited for someone with healthcare experience or relevant support function background, good Swedish language skills, and a service-oriented approach.
Main requirements:
  • Completed education as medical secretary, assistant nurse, nurse, or instrument and sterilization technician, or equivalent experience recognized by employer.
  • Good command of Swedish language, both oral and written.
  • Experience in healthcare or relevant support functions.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, able to collaborate and inspire colleagues.
  • Ability to take initiative and explore new solutions with the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-line back-office support for T-DOC healthcare system users, mainly healthcare staff.
  • Perform proactive and reactive support actions.
  • Configure systems according to regional standards, including maintenance and register management.
  • Participate in testing functionalities, integrations, and workflows during system updates or IT environment changes.
  • Collaborate closely with technical roles related to the applications.
Required hard skills:
  • Education within medical secretary, nursing, assistant nurse, instrument and sterilization technician or equivalent.
  • Proficient Swedish language skills (oral and written).
  • Experience in healthcare systems support or relevant healthcare experience.
