System Responsible IT for Electricity Market Applications

The role focuses on managing and developing critical IT systems used in the Swedish and Nordic electricity markets, supporting business efficiency and security with high availability requirements.

  • At least five years of relevant work experience in system and application management including critical or security-sensitive systems
  • Experience in requirements management and test planning
  • Project experience in business system implementation or integration using methods like PPS, Prince2 or XLPM
  • Experience managing and following up on international suppliers
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written with experience in negotiations in international environments
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incidents, problems and troubleshooting at second line support level, plan and follow up changes
  • Automate workflows and contribute to improving work methods and routines
  • Provide support to internal and external parties
  • Assist in technical requirement specifications and participate in developing new solutions/functions and creating integrations between systems
  • Collaborate internally with business units and other system owners at Svenska Kraftnät, and externally with Nordic and European organisations
  • Manage system suppliers and contracts
  • Ensure annual cycle activities like risk analysis, recovery plans, operations and security permits
  • Create and maintain test and development environments, controlled deployment of applications and services in own data centers
  • Coordinate and conduct various tests together with business, security specialists, and test leaders
