Join Ericsson AB as a System Architect in the newly established Engineering Services and Experience unit. Drive and participate in architecture solutions within the Radio Interface Traffic Tool Simulation area, manage the development program's technical roadmap aligned with user needs, and collaborate across Engineering Units to evolve the simulator portfolio. Enhance developer experience and optimize engineering environment flows for open and cloud-native RAN software development.
Main requirements:
  • More than 3 years of Engineering Environment Technical Leadership experience
  • Continuous exploration and ideation to improve engineering environment test simulation tool landscape
  • Good understanding of Radio architecture and test scenarios
  • Can do attitude with adaptability to change
  • Strong negotiation, communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and participate in technical studies
  • Manage program technical roadmap evolving simulation portfolio with new test tool concepts
  • Chair relevant technical forums
  • Drive synergies and establish best practice knowledge management, sharing, and reuse
  • Deliver results to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Use excellent leadership skills to make things happen
