Pigs Will Fly Studios AB seeks an experienced System Administrator to support the infrastructure of their indie game studio. The role involves deploying scalable environments, automating workflows, maintaining secure and high-performance systems, and supporting staff with IT needs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Main requirements:
  • Previous experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in IT, system administration, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in system administration and up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of administering and supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, flexible, organized, and enjoys collaborating with others
Responsibilities:
  • Handle security, server setup, upkeep, and administration tasks
  • Configure and manage identity and access management solutions
  • Provide general desktop and user support
  • Help users with everyday IT-related questions and issues
  • Set up accounts and devices for new staff and contractors
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot new workstations and user profiles
  • Manage and maintain the version control platform Perforce
  • Oversee and support infrastructure hosted on AWS
  • Oversee and support infrastructure hosted on Google Works
  • Champion and oversee operations security by analyzing and mitigating potential vulnerabilities
  • Setup and oversee Active Directory Domain Services
  • Prevent data loss via backups and minimize internal service interruption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system rollout, support, and issue resolution
