We are seeking a Support Operations Engineer for the Monitoring & Operation Support (ATS MOS) team in Sweden. The role involves working within a team of three, primarily during daytime hours with on-call duties as needed beyond regular office hours. The position is with a leading global company specializing in transport solutions, developing and manufacturing heavy vehicles, engines, and related services focused on sustainability, innovation, and advanced technology. Main requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • DevOps background with relevant experience, preferably in technical support environments
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a merit
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze trends and detect anomalies by improving real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Automate operational tasks to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Minimize errors caused by manual processes and human intervention
  • Manage and resolve complex incidents escalated from Customer Success Support (2nd line), especially related to Intelligent Control System (ICE) and autonomous vehicle off-board operations
  • Request, manage, implement, and roll out emergency changes when no temporary solution exists for high-priority incidents
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Support and involve relevant resources such as product developers and vendors to solve technically complex problems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on incident status and resolution progress
  • Lead root cause analyses to prevent recurring or critical incidents in ICE system or off-board operations
  • Document and share knowledge with on-site teams and Customer Success Support
  • Conduct training sessions to deepen understanding of ICE and autonomous off-board vehicle systems
  • Participate in reviews of major incidents and contribute detailed materials to incident reports
  • Actively improve incident management processes with a focus on ICE and off-board autonomous vehicle solutions
