Facility Management is an operational area within the Division Regional Support where this position is located. We are looking for someone with relevant upper secondary education in economics or equivalent knowledge judged by the employer. The candidate should have good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel, experience working in complex IT systems, good spoken and written Swedish, a B driver's license, and experience in administrative work as well as coordinating and conducting training initiatives. Experience with e-commerce workflows related to purchasing, ordering, and invoice handling is meriting. As a support employee, you will provide support to users of the ordering portal via phone and the issue portal, handle authorization administration, prepare training and information materials including e-learning, disseminate information, manage system administrative tasks like contract and price list administration, liaise with external suppliers for implementing new e-commerce agreements, and function as the link to IT management for functional requirements. The position offers a full-time fixed-term employment from 2025-10-01 to 2026-10-30 with daytime hours. Main requirements:
  • Relevant upper secondary education in economics or equivalent knowledge

Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support for ordering portal users via phone and issue system
  • Investigate, resolve, and follow-up on issues related to usage, invoices, faults and problems
  • Manage authorization administration in ordering portal
  • Develop training and information materials including e-learning for e-commerce
  • Inform users and stakeholders about the ordering portal
  • Perform system administrative tasks such as contract and price list administration
  • Communicate with external suppliers to implement new e-commerce agreements
  • Act as liaison to IT management regarding functional requirements
