SAP Solution Lead Logistics

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end logistics processes within Husqvarna Group's global SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation program, serving as the strategic link between supply chain operations and enterprise technology to generate business value and support global transformation.
Main requirements:
  • 10–15+ years experience in SAP Logistics with deep functional and configuration expertise in MM, WM, EWM, TM modules
  • Experience with global transformation programs preferably involving SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to align global and regional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end logistics processes including inbound, warehousing, and outbound flows
  • Experience driving change management, risk mitigation, and delivery assurance in logistics projects
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to co-create logistics roadmaps
  • Willingness to travel worldwide as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Translate logistics and supply chain requirements into integrated SAP solutions delivering clear business value
  • Document and communicate business requirements clearly and precisely
  • Lead solution design ensuring alignment with architectural and integration standards
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to achieve transformation objectives
  • Drive logistics change management and risk mitigation efforts
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation in SAP logistics capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of the Digital Logistics Roadmap
