Main requirements:
- Technical understanding relevant for administrative and technical support tasks
- Experience with support, handling inquiry documentation and quotation work
- Qualified work experience in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce
- Industrial/service or technical aftermarket experience
- Customer, internal service and support skills
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English, preferably Swedish
- Technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or equivalent extensive work experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle order placement and delivery monitoring
- Collaborate with sales and global organization to develop solutions and source correct parts
- Communicate with customers and colleagues by phone, email and Teams
- Contribute to the overall development of the company
- Work on projects including upgrades, machine rebuilds, new formats, technical updates and spare parts management
Required hard skills:
- Technical understanding related to machinery and technical support
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Quotation and inquiry handling
- Order management and delivery tracking
