Main requirements:
  • Technical understanding relevant for administrative and technical support tasks
  • Experience with support, handling inquiry documentation and quotation work
  • Qualified work experience in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce
  • Industrial/service or technical aftermarket experience
  • Customer, internal service and support skills
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English, preferably Swedish
  • Technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or equivalent extensive work experience
Responsibilities:
  • Handle order placement and delivery monitoring
  • Collaborate with sales and global organization to develop solutions and source correct parts
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues by phone, email and Teams
  • Contribute to the overall development of the company
  • Work on projects including upgrades, machine rebuilds, new formats, technical updates and spare parts management
Required hard skills:
  • Technical understanding related to machinery and technical support
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
