Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform's functionality, modules and integration capabilities.
  • Experience designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL and agile working methods.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams.
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, secure and sustainable over time.
  • Serve as technical advisor for customers and internal teams regarding platform best practices.
  • Lead and participate in technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Ensure that ServiceNow configuration and development follow established standards and guidelines.
