Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT testing and quality assurance, preferably within ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with test automation and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
  • Ability to analyze test results and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for test strategy, test planning, and execution of tests within ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline the quality assurance process.
  • Identify and report bugs and ensure they are fixed following best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct performance, integration, and regression testing.
  • Implement and improve test processes according to agile methodologies.
