We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join the IT and Digitalization Office service team at Söderköpings Municipality, where you will contribute to delivering top-class IT support within a motivated and skilled group serving two municipalities.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer support phone calls and register cases
  • Resolve quick issues and forward others via the self-service portal
  • Handle client installations and troubleshoot PCs and Chromebooks
  • Register products in inventory systems
  • Deliver IT equipment to municipal operations
Required hard skills:
  • Secondary education in IT
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience in first-line IT support
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Fluent Swedish language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Valid driver's license (B)
