We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join the IT and Digitalization Office service team at Söderköpings Municipality, where you will contribute to delivering top-class IT support within a motivated and skilled group serving two municipalities.

Responsibilities:
- Answer support phone calls and register cases
- Resolve quick issues and forward others via the self-service portal
- Handle client installations and troubleshoot PCs and Chromebooks
- Register products in inventory systems
- Deliver IT equipment to municipal operations
Required hard skills:
- Secondary education in IT
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience in first-line IT support
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems
- Experience with case management systems
- Fluent Swedish language skills
- Good English language skills
- Valid driver's license (B)
