Software Manager at Expanding Industrial Tech Company

Lead and establish a Nordic software team focused on software deliveries, implementations, and customer support in a growing tech company within the manufacturing industry.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in software implementation within manufacturing companies
  • Experience with systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and integration with ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases in implementation contexts
  • Technical education in automation, computer science, or information systems
  • Experience leading teams, projects, or technical initiatives either formally or informally
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, lead, and coach a technical team focused on software implementation and support
  • Drive and optimize implementations of the company’s software at manufacturing industry customers
  • Act as a key link between development, sales, and customers to ensure technical and business alignment of solutions
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, routines, and processes for support and project deliveries
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality, availability, and technical competence
Required hard skills:
  • Software implementation experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with WMS systems and ERP integration
  • SQL and database management skills
  • Technical education in automation, computer science, or system science
