Main requirements:
  • At least six months experience in a service desk role
  • Experience working in Windows environments
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience troubleshooting and installing applications
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support for Centric's clients in Stockholm
  • Collaborate with colleagues and maintain a customer-focused attitude
  • Handle IT-related inquiries and problem solving as the initial point of contact
