Main requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent background
  • 2–6 years relevant work experience
  • Proven mechanical engineering skills especially in product and machine design
  • Experience in project coordination or assignment management
  • Strong communication skills in English; Swedish a plus
  • Experience in drivetrain development and mechanical design is meritorious
  • Familiarity with customer's internal processes is advantageous
  • Structured and proactive mindset with drive for improvement and collaboration
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives within gearbox integration across various truck brands
  • Act as Assignment Manager for Red Arrow aftermarket issues, ensuring structured problem-solving and efficient follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and product management
  • Be onsite approximately 50% of the time in Södertälje, working directly with key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements and align development efforts across multiple brands and departments
