Customer Onboarding Technician

As a Customer Onboarding Technician at Orange Cyberdefense, you will participate in projects activating Managed Security Services purchased by customers. You will ensure proper setup of customer, Orange Cyberdefense, and vendor environments according to project plans and timelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Main requirements:
- Experience in Managed Security Service organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of key MDR platforms, especially Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
- Highly organized with strong responsibility and follow-through
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Positive, helpful attitude with excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations
- Solution oriented with proactive risk management
- Curious and open to asking questions and initiating discussions
- Good understanding of Azure and Azure DevOps tools
Responsibilities:
- Execute project activities to accomplish objectives
- Provide input to Project Manager regarding assigned activities
- Deliver work according to project plan, instructions, and timeline
- Resolve dependencies by collaborating with other project members
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and participate actively in customer meetings
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
- Good understanding of Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps
Recommended hard skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and/or Microsoft Sentinel
- Experience with JIRA Software from Atlassian
- Certifications like SC-900, SC-200, CompTIA Security+, or BLT 1
