Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow architect including setup, implementation, development, and configuration of the platform.
  • Expertise in Javascript, HTML, SQL, and ITIL.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business departments to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical workshops and consulting for clients.
  • Active participation and leadership in agile teams.
