Lead and manage projects related to healthcare digitalization, focusing on developing and implementing efficient and secure digital services supporting healthcare needs in Region Gotland.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in project management, preferably in IT, eHealth, digitalization or healthcare systems
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing digitalization projects
  • Experience with procurement according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
  • Good understanding of healthcare needs and digital challenges
  • Strong communication skills to build trust and engagement
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, and follow up on projects related to healthcare systems
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare personnel, IT organization, suppliers, and other regions
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion focusing on system functionality and usability
  • Lead cross-functional project groups including healthcare staff, IT specialists, and suppliers
  • Ensure clear and effective communication anchored in the operations
  • Proactively manage risks, resources, and schedules to achieve set goals
  • Participate in regional and national working groups as a representative of Region Gotland
  • Drive change management and support implementation of new systems and functionalities
Required hard skills:
  • Project management within IT or healthcare systems
  • Experience with public sector procurement (LOU)
  • Understanding of healthcare IT systems and digitalization
Recommended hard skills:
