Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery, coding, testing, and deploying new features
- Write efficient and maintainable backend code in C# and SQL
- Collaborate with team members through workshops, code reviews, and innovation sessions
- Deliver user-intuitive solutions despite complex backend logic
- Create and enhance loyalty features like promotions, points, and gamification campaigns
