Senior Penetration Tester

We are looking for experienced penetration testers who want to develop within a supportive team that values knowledge sharing. Work on varied and technically challenging projects with clients who truly value cybersecurity. Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a penetration tester
  • Comfortable in a consulting role and independently managing assignments after onboarding
  • Specialized experience in web application testing or network testing
  • Solution-oriented with a passion for client interaction
  • Ability to plan, communicate and manage technical projects
  • Desire to develop professionally and share knowledge with others
  • Swedish citizenship required for some assignments involving Active Directory testing
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute penetration tests especially within area of expertise
  • Participate in method development and conduct own research (~20% of time)
  • Publish technical blog posts internally and externally
  • Mentor and coach junior penetration testers
  • Represent Orange Cyberdefense at conferences by submitting and presenting own research
  • Contribute to role and offering development, supporting Business Area Manager with input
Required hard skills:
  • Penetration testing expertise
  • Web application testing
  • Infrastructure testing with Active Directory focus
  • Technical project management
Recommended hard skills:
  • Certifications such as OSEP, OSWA, OSCE3 or similar
  • Experience speaking at conferences or conducting research
