Senior Full-Stack Developer

Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to manage and modernize applications and core services, collaborate in agile teams, mentor juniors, and ensure operational reliability.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years recent hands-on experience with Java, SQL, Oracle, and REST-based services
  • At least 5 years experience with OpenShift platform
  • Proven ability maintaining and developing large-scale systems with 5,000+ users
  • Experience working in agile teams with Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong technical design and data modeling skills
  • Proficiency configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Tekton
  • Experience in user support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Previous experience working with Swedish government or public sector entities
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Argo CD
  • Knowledge of Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, Quarkus, Maven, Oracle SQL, ActiveMQ, SoapUI, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience integrating procurement systems such as Mercell Tendsign
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute as senior developer to management and modernization of applications and core services
  • Participate in all development phases: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members using agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers joining end of 2025
  • Support ongoing development and maintenance of existing services following guidelines and requirements
  • Lead modernization including migrating to modern platforms
  • Design and implement secure and efficient integration with external systems for independent actors
  • Support operational reliability via troubleshooting, incident resolution, problem analysis
  • Follow internal development standards and promote continuous improvement
