The Senior Emergency Preparedness Coordinator leads and develops the agency's emergency preparedness efforts, collaborating closely with security leadership and other authorities to strengthen crisis and war-time readiness within Sweden's digital government agency.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience in emergency preparedness planning and continuity management
  • Experience in war-time organization and staffing planning
  • Experience in societal crisis management and civil preparedness
  • Experience in personnel security work
  • Experience in coordination within crisis preparedness and civil defense
  • Experience working within the public sector
  • Experience in collaboration and exercise activities within preparedness and civil defense among authorities and public organizations
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish preparedness system
  • Good knowledge of Rakel and radio communication
  • Good knowledge of security protection
  • Good knowledge of signal protection
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate the agency's continuity and preparedness efforts in close cooperation with the security and security protection manager and colleagues
  • Collaborate with authorities in the supply of basic data preparedness sector and other relevant authorities
  • Work with personnel security
  • Work with signal protection
  • Develop policies, guidelines, checklists, routines, and supporting documents
  • Respond to referrals
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions
  • Participate in other related tasks within the security unit
