Coordinate and manage activities and small projects related to equipment approval for scientific systems, ensuring compliance with directives and standards, and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain high-quality, timely outcomes.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience coordinating technical activities or small projects.
- Familiarity with quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes.
- Competence in working with technical documentation and regulatory standards such as CE marking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Structured and analytical approach with focus on deadlines and outcomes.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative and big-picture thinking.
- Strong responsibility and conscientiousness, prioritizing results.
- Previous exposure to electrical systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and small-scale projects related to equipment approval for scientific systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage and review technical documentation.
- Ensure equipment and components comply with relevant directives and standards within project scope.
- Conduct and support equipment acceptance activities with internal clients.
- Drive progress by identifying and resolving issues under tight time constraints.
- Maintain structured communication with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate approval tasks balancing rigor and solution-oriented thinking.
- Compile, collect, and review technical documentation to support compliance and acceptance.
