Looking for a structured and self-driven Office Administrator to support sales and project delivery within a leading energy sector company in Västerås. The role is new and pivotal within a small but growing team, starting part-time with potential for full-time or permanent employment. Responsibilities include administration of contracts and projects, support to project managers and Key Account Manager, handling purchases, logistics, invoicing, spare parts, and economic follow-up of projects. Requires at least 3 years of similar experience, fluency in Swedish and English, and system proficiency mainly in SAP and Office suite.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles within project operations
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a matrix organization
  • Experience handling supplier contacts, purchases, invoices and logistics
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Good system skills, especially SAP and MS Office
Responsibilities:
