We are seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Developer to join the R&D Production Test team at Axis Communications AB in Lund, Sweden. The role focuses on improving test firmware and APIs for production systems to ensure stable and reliable supply of products. It involves C programming, API development, product handling, and problem solving within a team that bridges R&D projects and production tests.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with Embedded Systems and API development
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • Programming experience in C/C++
  • Knowledge of Python and/or other scripting languages
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Swedish
  • Team player, good at troubleshooting, honest and transparent
Responsibilities:
  • Develop APIs between camera test firmware and production test systems
  • Assist product projects with production firmware development
  • Monitor daily build lab, analyze and resolve failures
  • Maintain production firmware architecture and software
  • Maintain Jenkins daily builds and release jobs, building weekly firmware releases
  • Work in a Linux-based environment
