We are seeking a driven project manager with an understanding of manufacturing companies to work closely with customers, lead projects from start to finish, and help develop efficient working methods using a market-leading business system.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing companies, including purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics.
  • Deep system knowledge of Monitor ERP or similar ERP/business systems.
  • Ability to work independently, be pedagogical and relationship-building.
  • Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Specialist knowledge in manufacturing industry, logistics, and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects from needs analysis and process mapping to execution, training, and follow-up.
  • Act as the driving force of projects and strategic advisor to the customer.
  • Maintain close dialogue with key customer stakeholders to ensure project timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Guide customers through change processes combining technical knowledge with business understanding and project management skills.
  • Travel within Sweden and potential participation in international projects.
