Senior Automotive Integration & Process Coordinator

Coordinate vehicle update processes, establish workflows, resolve technical issues, and support cross-functional teams in an automotive environment, working closely with international partners.
Main requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of complex vehicle systems
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or processes
  • Effective communication skills for international collaboration
  • Ability to manage and prioritize urgent issues with structure
  • Experience with automotive workshops (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Södertälje with hybrid schedule
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including late meetings with US teams
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the update process of vehicles from international partners
  • Establish and document efficient workflows and work processes
  • Identify and resolve technical deviations with teams in Sweden and the US
  • Order necessary components and ensure timely availability
  • Organize knowledge-sharing to increase internal product understanding
  • Consolidate and document testing requirements in Test Activities documentation
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for vehicle status
  • Support cross-functional teams with improved coordination and alignment
  • Manage urgent workshop issues and ensure smooth resolution
  • Work on-site with flexibility for remote collaboration to accommodate time zones
