Project Manager within Sourcing

We are looking for a Project Manager within Sourcing for our client in Huskvarna. In the role of Project Manager within Advanced Sourcing, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives supporting the development and optimization of digital platforms. This includes CRM systems, e-commerce solutions, and other digital ecosystems. The role ensures that sourcing strategies align with the organization's digital transformation goals, customer experience improvements, and technological roadmaps.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge in project management including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
  • More than five years practical experience in strategic sourcing or project management related to digital commerce, CRM systems or digital platforms.
  • Good understanding of digital ecosystems such as CRM, CMS, e-commerce solutions, and customer data platforms (CDP).
  • Documented experience in contract management, including negotiation, supplier evaluation and software license model management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience navigating complex project environments and collaborating with sponsors and key personnel.
  • Ability to make well-informed and timely decisions supporting the project goals.
  • Commitment to high integrity and working according to established principles and best practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and make decisions in sourcing projects related to development and optimization of digital platforms, CRM tools, and e-commerce technologies including license management, application management (AMS), and ongoing development.
  • Plan, prioritize and execute project activities with a clear focus on goals and timelines.
  • Monitor and report project status and results ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Conclude projects in a structured manner and document lessons learned for future improvements.
  • Promote effective collaboration between the project and line organizations and establish efficient communication channels.
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships together with project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR), cybersecurity requirements, and internal procurement guidelines integrated into the new supplier strategy.
