Security Coordinator with Security Protection Competence

Seeking a Security Coordinator experienced in public sector security and security protection to join the Swedish Authority for Digital Administration (Digg). The role involves responsibility for general security matters, supporting security protection issues, collaborating on IT security, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the agency's security capabilities.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working with physical security.
  • Experience with personnel security.
  • Experience with IT security.
  • Experience in the public sector.
  • Good knowledge of Rakel and radio collaboration.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle physical security issues including access control, locking & alarms, passage, cameras and fire protection.
  • Manage authorization handling.
  • Conduct basic investigations and security clearance interviews.
  • Serve as the unit's contact for IT in IT security matters (internal and external parties).
  • Collaborate on IT incident management and preparedness.
  • Cooperate with authorities within the preparedness sector, e.g., supply of basic data, and other relevant authorities.
  • Lead internal security work with involved units, operations and employees closely with the Security Manager.
  • Develop policies, guidelines, checklists, routines and other support documents.
  • Respond to referrals.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars and training.
  • Participate in other relevant work within the security unit.
