An IAM Specialist role at Akademiska Hus AB focused on designing, implementing, and managing modern Identity and Access Management solutions to support a sustainable and modern IT environment within a critical societal function. The role involves close collaboration with IT infrastructure and cross-functional teams to enhance overall security in a hybrid environment, based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure.
Main requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in similar IT infrastructure and identity management roles.
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience with Entra ID, including Entra Connect/Cloud Sync and Conditional Access.
  • Good understanding of identity federation technologies such as SAML and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, e.g., Microsoft Authenticator and FIDO2.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory including Group Policy and Role-Based Access (RBA).
  • Experience working with PowerShell for automation and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Meticulous work approach with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and maintain the IAM infrastructure, handle troubleshooting and issues, and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Work both operationally and strategically to develop and maintain sustainable and future-proof identity management solutions.
  • Serve as the expert within the team ensuring the right access is granted to the right people at the right time while protecting the organization's most sensitive systems and information.
