Service Manager Microsoft 365

Lead and coordinate the management of Microsoft 365 applications to support and optimize digital workplace solutions within a defense industry company.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in service management or change management related to IT or digital workplaces.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its applications such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and drive improvement initiatives and lifecycle management for critical IT systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with end-users, process owners, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the administration and development of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Plan, follow up and prioritize service requests and incident management.
  • Propose new solutions and working methods within Microsoft 365.
  • Act as a key driver to ensure IT systems are optimized, effective, stable, and secure.
  • Coordinate change management and guide the business in introducing new digital solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with end users, process owners, and suppliers.
Required hard skills:
  • Microsoft 365 platform expertise, including Teams and SharePoint administration.
  • Experience with IT service management and change management processes.
  • Knowledge of information security and compliance in Microsoft environments.
  • Familiarity with hybrid IT environments is highly valued.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience in defense or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of digital workplace tools and lifecycle management.
