R&D & Type Test Supervisor
Workplace: Ludvika, Sverige

Supervise and/or lead installation teams for R&D and type testing, ensuring planning, correct materials, compliance with quality and safety standards, coordination, and reporting. Support product transition to production or delivery.
Main requirements:
  • Interest in technology and self-driven continuous learning
  • Experience with handling risk assessments
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Flexibility in work approach and willingness to take initiative
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project planning and startup meetings
  • Ensure availability and correctness of all drawings and materials with latest revisions
  • Supervise and instruct sub-contractors to follow Hitachi instructions and quality demands
  • Ensure use of correct personal protective equipment and adherence to HSE plans
  • Create and maintain installation time plans; report progress to project managers and stakeholders
  • Report issues using QIT system and support short- and long-term solutions during assembly and testing
