IT System Specialist in Identity and Access Management

As an IT System Specialist focusing on identity and access management, data integration, and secure authentication, you will play a key role in ensuring the right people have the right access to the right systems securely and efficiently within Örnsköldsvik Municipality. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in infrastructure, development, security, and integration to develop, maintain, and improve IAM solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in technical IAM management, preferably in large or complex IT environments
  • Practical knowledge in one or more of: MobilityGuard (OneGate), Novell IDM, Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, SCIM, LDAP, SAML, OIDC
  • Good understanding of data quality, directory services, and system integration
  • Ability to document, automate and improve processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain processes for identity creation, lifecycle management, and access control
  • Coordinate and improve quality of data sources for user and organization information
  • Ensure compliance with security and information security requirements
  • Participate in projects and collaboration related to IAM and system integration
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IAM technologies and tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SCIM, SAML, OIDC
  • Knowledge of directory services like LDAP
  • Experience with system integration and data quality management
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience from the public sector
  • Familiarity with regulations related to IAM and information security
  • Experience working with data warehouses or BI-related metadata
