IT Support Technician - Support & Linux

We are seeking a technically curious problem solver with experience in IT support who enjoys broad responsibility and development across multiple areas. The role involves helping users with technical issues, handling cases efficiently, supporting users in Swedish and English, network and system administration including Active Directory and basic Linux tasks.
Main requirements:
  • Troubleshoot client devices (Windows) and networks
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Manage Active Directory and perform simple GPO modifications
  • Basic Linux skills (terminal commands, user management)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Help users with technical problems related to computers, printers, mobile phones, networks and other IT equipment
  • Receive, register and follow up tickets in the ticketing system with focus on fast and quality service
  • Provide support via phone, email and remote tools in both Swedish and English
  • Handle basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, access points and routers
  • Perform basic tasks in Active Directory such as account management and simple GPO changes
  • Assist with basic tasks in Linux environment, including command line work, user management and simple troubleshooting
