Main requirements:
- Academic degree in social sciences
- Several years of documented project management experience within academia
- Experience working with sustainability in collaboration with industry and public sector
- Experience with sustainability in higher education
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional networks
- Experience producing content for seminars and conferences focused on sustainable societal development
- Experience in steering committee work and budget management in the public sector
- Ability to take initiative, work goal-oriented, structured and independently
- Strong prioritization and holistic perspective
- Experience working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Fluent Swedish and good English language skills, both written and oral
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance and development of relationships with member organisations, researchers, and stakeholders within Reväst
- Planning and leading steering group activities for Reväst
- Planning and following up operational activities including program development, budgeting, evaluation, contracts, and financial agreements
- Creating and planning relevant seminars and conferences focused on sustainable societal development
- Organising, administering, executing, and evaluating seminars and conferences
- Managing communication including web, social media, marketing and text production
- Project management for the organisation of Sustainability Days (five events per academic year)
- Designing event content and format based on target group, purpose and theme
- Planning logistics, staffing, and finances for Sustainability Days
- Coordinating speakers and participants for Sustainability Days
Required hard skills:
