Project Manager with a focus on Digital Education

Lead the implementation of Malmö city's digital learning platform within the preschool administration, driving digital transformation and developing sustainable frameworks for digital education.
Main requirements:
- University degree equivalent to at least a Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS credits)
- Several years of experience leading digitalization projects
- Knowledge of digital transformation and user-driven development
- Experience planning and conducting training sessions and workshops
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Malmö Lär, the digital learning platform, within the preschool administration
- Establish sustainable structures and working methods enabling internal content creation and management on the platform
- Act as a superuser supporting managers and staff in optimal usage of the learning platform
- Analyze needs and translate them into solutions to ensure Malmö Lär becomes a natural and valuable everyday tool
- Lead and drive broader digitalization and IT development initiatives in close collaboration with the business units
- Contribute to the development of digitalization strategies and roadmaps for the administration
- Bridge business needs and technological possibilities to develop efficient administrative and procedural workflows
- Represent and advocate for the interests of the unit, department, and administration in various contexts
Required hard skills:
